I think that there’s more choices here than the one on Albany highway. A fair drive but worth it. They have a huge range of buttons, laces, threads, dyes etc. They also sell bed sheets and throws . There are off cuts of really good lace embroidery. Great range of materials and crafts supplies.

They're fine, I guess, but they're not very punctual with their online orders.I ordered and paid a week ago, but my order wasn't sent until today- a week later. I'm sure it was only sent today because I emailed chasing up the shipping and tracking details.If I've paid for express shipping it means I need what I've ordered pretty quick. I'm not interested in waiting a week for you to get to the post office. I should have my fabric already. Instead I'm still waiting.

Awesome store with helpful staff. Nice, unique range of fabrics and haberdashery. I needed ribbing for a tee-shirt but they only had a few block colours to choose from. Normally I would spend a considerable amount of time here.

Great store and choice of fabric. Most of all Fatima the owner is amazing she helped me pick all the curtains for our new house. Her advice and ability to understand the interior decoration style we were going for was spot on. We love our new curtains thanks again to the team at Homecraft textiles.

Ordered felt for a poker/boardgames table. Cancelled my order after I realised it probably wasn't suitable. They e-mailed me and said lots of people order it for poker tables, so I continued with the order. The felt pilled almost immediately I installed it. I emailed to provide feedback that the felt isn't actually suitable for that use, and they have not acknowledged or apologised for their poor advice.

Wide selection of products and absolutely fantastic customer service. Fatima spent nearly an hour with us helping us with options. Incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgable.

Such an excellent selection of fabrics and their customer service is perfection. Fast delivery interstate, quick to help if anything goes wrong or if you have any questions and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Worst Experience!!!!My friend and I went to purchase two time to this place. The owner a Chinese looking lady was very rude and treating customers very badly. My friend was looking at buttons, the owner is speaking in the phone so loudly in the speaker to keep an eye on her as if she will run away with the buttons!!!First time I went she was comparing that boss don't work back in her country but she has to work here. One miserable person frustrate with her life and work. When we came to pay there was a young Chinese girl working there and this owner came and verbally abused that young girl in front of everyone!!!I wish this shop is taken over by some owner who is passionate about their work and knows something about customer service. Horrible experience!!!!

Awesome store (Albany hwy), great range of textiles and tools. Just wanted some polar fleece to make a dressing gown, after finding nothing appealing at spotlight it was nice to have several options to decide between. Slightly more expensive but better range & nicer patterns.
